We are looking for a dedicated Business Developer (m/f/d) to join our constantly growing company. Become part of a technology-enthusiastic team that develops innovative software solutions with the highest security requirements to sustainably drive digitalization.

Your tasks: 

• Identification and acquisition of new customers in public and private sectors

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

• Analysing and exploring new business areas and market opportunities

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue 

• Presenting our services and products to customers and at events

• Collaborating with the leadership team to create targeted campaigns 

• Preparing proposals and negotiating contracts to successful closure

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field

• Relevant professional experience in Business Development, Sales or Presales, ideally in the IT sector

• Strong interest in high-security software solutions and innovative technologies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strategic thinking and analytical abilities 

• Proactive and independent working style

• Business fluent in German and good English skills
